Ordering goods

Forudbestilling/preorder.

When you pre-order an item, it means that the item has not arrived from our suppliers yet. Therefore, pre-ordering allows you to sign up for the item so that you are sure to receive it when it arrives from the supplier. Several of our items are very popular, so it may be a good idea to pre-order if you want to be sure to get it. When you pre-order, you pay immediately, but the amount is only withdrawn on dispatch.

Gift card

Da det er muligt at købe gavekort til webshoppen, gør det samme sig gældende her. Her på webshoppen vælger du gavekortets beløb og betaler for det via kassen som normalt. Herefter vil du modtage en gavekort-kode, der efterfølgende – i en gyldighedsperiode på op til 2 år fra købsdatoen – kan benyttes til køb af varer på webshoppen.

Køb af varer og forsendelse.

Det er sikkert og simpelt at handle på Remix by Sofie’s webshop. Når du gennemfører en ordre på remixbysofie.dk, vil du automatisk få tilsendt en ordrebekræftelse via e-mail. Sørg altid for at tjekke at du har oplyst dine informationer korrekt. Bruger du en hotmail eller gmail, så er der stor sandsynlighed for, at ordrebekræftelsen havner i dit spam filter. Er der en fejl i den oplyste mail adresse, så vil du ikke modtage en ordrebekræftelse eller mailen med track and trace nummer på din pakke. Pengene trækkes først den dag vi afsender din ordre, men de vil dog stå reserveret på din konto.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors, price errors, sold out/out of stock items and delivery delays from our suppliers. As we sell many handmade products, there may be periods of discontinued colours or models. You can always send an email and we can sign you up.

Vælger du “afhentning i butik” af din ordrer, så ser vi gerne, at du afhenter hurtigst muligt – dog senest 14 dage efter. Herefter vil vi kontakte dig for at aftale forsendelse på din regning.

Did you not receive your package or is it broken?

Drejer din henvendelse sig om en varer, som er gået i stykker under forsendelsen. Så skal du senest anmelde skaden 3 dage efter modtagelsen. Det gøres til kundeservice@remixbysofie.dk. her skal du huske at vedhæfte billeder, samt oplyse om ordrenummer. Vi skal bruger billeder af pakke labelen, kassen fra alle sider, indholdet og billeder af varen, som er gået i stykker.

Restorder

When you have ordered an item that is on backorder, the entire order will not be shipped until we have all the items in stock. The speed with which out-of-stock items are brought into stock varies. This is because they are handmade products and it can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. As a rule, you can always count on sold out items being ordered. Unfortunately, I don't know myself when they melt a color and therefore have difficulty helping with questions about when the item comes into stock. You can always write to kundeservice@remixbysofie.dk and ask for an exchange if other items are in stock that you can use instead.

Sold out/out of stock.

Most of our "out of stock" items - are items that are coming back into stock. Take advantage of our service to be notified when the sold out items - come back in stock. Go to the out of stock item and click on get notified when the item is back in stock.

Udsalg og rabatkoder.

Når vi køre udsalg på hele webshoppen, så er det IKKE muligt at bruge rabatkoder.

Payment

Remix by Sofie modtager betaling med Mobilpay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron og Mastercard. I forbindelse med betaling via VISA og Mastercard vil beløbet blive reserveret på din konto ved betaling, indtil betalingen trækkes ved ordrens afsendelse.

All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.

Remix by Sofie uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Shipping and delivery to Denmark

Remix by Sofie packs and ships your order on any business day, provided the order is placed on our online shop before noon

Vi har valgt at samarbejde med GLS, men du vælger selv om du vil have tilsendt pakken til pakkeshop, erhverv eller privat. Pakken afhentes af GLS og får det første scan, når den afhentes hos os. Herefter sendes til din valgte pakke shop, arbejdsplads eller privat adresse. Du har 7 hverdage til at afhente pakken fra pakkeshop, herefter sendes den retur til os.

There is free shipping for purchases over 799 kr. to a parcel shop. Below, shipping is paid according to the weight of the item, which will be calculated at check-out. 

Vi har midlertidigt fjernet muligheden for at få pakket gaver ind.

Uncollected parcels

Hvis du ikke afhenter din pakke i pakkeshoppen inden tidsfristen eller afviser at modtage pakken, så kommer den retur til os. Vi betaler GLS for denne service og du vil derfor blive modregnet de 59.- kr på din ordre, som det koster at at håndtere pakken inklusive fragt. Beløbet modregnes returbeløbet. Vi vil altid kontakter dig, hvis din pakke komme retur.

Shipping and delivery to international address

We send parcels to EU countries and selected non-EU countries via GLS.

The delivery price depends on the weight of the goods purchased.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination country but can take up to 9 days.

Returpolitik og fortrydelsesret. 

Hos Remix by Sofie gives der 14 dages fuld returret alle varer købt i vores webshop og butik. Perioden for returretten regnes fra den dag, hvor du modtager ordren – til den dag du sender den.

Returneringsomkostninger skal du selv afholde. Du kan nemt selv bestille en pakkeseddel via dette link og her udfylder du også retursedlen.: Gå til returportalen her.
Vi sender med GLS og det koster 25 kr. op til 15 kg.

Du skal vedlægge retursedlen eller en kopi af ordrebekræftelsen, som dokumentation for dit køb. Fragt dækkes ikke ved returnering.

Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr efterkrav, pakker som er sendt til posthus eller pakkershops. Det er afsenders ansvar, hvis man benytter en anden retur metode eller fragtmand end den vi anbefaler her.

VIGTIGT. Manglende afhentning af en pakke eller at nægte at modtage en pakke, anses IKKE som en fortrydelse af købet. For at dække vores udgifter i forbindelse med returnering af en uafhentet pakke, må vi desværre modregne 59.- kr

Vi kan desværre ikke håndtere at bytte varerne, så I skal lave en ny ordre og så sende den anden ordre retur og vi kreditere den ved modtagelse.

Sådan skal du pakke en returforsendelse:

Du skal sikre at pakken sendes ansvarligt, ligesom du modtog den. Det vil sige både i original emballage og en ekstra kasse udenom. Pakken skal pakkes, så indholdet ikke går i stykker ved et fald på optil en meter. GLS kun dækker skader, hvor det er pakket efter deres anbefalinger, som du kan se her GLS pakkeanbefalinger.

Varer, som der ikke kan sendes retur:

- Furniture adapted to your wishes/special production (e.g. fabric for sofa, legs for dining chair, etc.)

- Special orders on items that are not a regular part of the range.

- Goods bought secondhand/recycled gold.

Right to complain

There is a 2-year warranty under the Purchase Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. We do not cover damage caused by normal use.

The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect washing of the glasses or damage caused by other incorrect handling.

If you have a complaint, please contact kundeservice@remixbysofie.dk Please state your order number and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. If it concerns something with the product, please send us pictures so that we can see the fault.

Particularly applicable to our mouth-blown glass.

As these are mouth-blown, there will be differences in the thickness and pattern of the glasses. You will also find that there may be air bubbles in the glass. None of the above is considered to be a complaint as it is a natural for the type of glass. You may also notice small cracks in the bottom of glasses and vases, this is also not considered a complaint as it is something that occurs when you take the glasses off the flutes.

Condition of the goods when you return them

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. In the case of clothing, you may try the item on in the same way as if you tried it on in a physical shop.

If the item is tried/used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in case of cancellation of the purchase you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store.

Hvordan passer du bedst på dine mundblæste glas.

We recommend that you wash your glasses according to the instructions on the different glasses. However, here are the most important tips.

Mundblæst glas kan ikke tåle at du putter meget varme eller kogende væsker i – du risikere at det sprækker eller eksplodere. Dette da det er lavet af flere lag glas og der kan være luft i mellem lagene. Der er spænding i glasset og varemen vil give det et chock. Det kan sagtens ske at det går godt med en kande, men det er ikke sikkert det gør med den næste.

Anna von Lipa recommends that their glasses be washed on a glass programme at 40 degrees. Avoid long drying programmes and also open the machine and leave it to dry. You need to make sure your dishwasher has the detergent and salt on. Do not run the lime programs - while your glasses are in the machine. We recommend that you use swan-labelled washing tablets. It's just one more time at too high a temperature and the acid in the glass will be destroyed and eventually glass pests will appear.

Kate and Dust series are not dishwasher safe.
